- Registered Land survey document (this is a government document that shows the exact coordinates of the parcel of land and is procured from the surveyor general’s office of the state. Mandatory upon farm land purchase)
- Certificate of Occupancy (this is a government document procured from the state and signed by the governor’s office. Not mandatory and can be procured by farm land owner at later date
